DS Group to build North-East India's First five star property

Noida-based Dharampal Satyapal (DS) Group plans to build North-East India’s first five star leisure property at Gotanagar near Guwahati, Assam. The project has started and is expected to be operational in another two years.

Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman, DS Group says, "The Gotanagar project is expected to be associated with Radisson. The hotel will be developed on an equity share partnership with the Guwahati Municipal Development Authority (GMDA). We foresee a large number of tourists and business travellers to north-east India, in the near future."
