Dook Travels partners with Dimaz Group to promote CIS countries in India

Delhi-based Dook Travels Pvt Ltd has partnered with international travel service provider, Dimaz Group to promote Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in the Indian market. They will jointly promote countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Armenia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Moldova. From Russia, they will promote Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov and other prominent destinations. With the new partnership, Dook Travels will also provide visa facilitation for tourists visiting the CIS. This information was provided by Gopal Krishan Kapoor, Director, Dook Travels.

“Both companies have experience and proven track record in promoting CIS countries. We have been promoting CIS countries for the last five years and want to increase the Indian tourist arrivals. Therefore, we have associated with Dimaz Group to further promote CIS countries in the Indian market,” informed Kapoor.

Manish Synghal, Director, Dimaz Group said that CIS countries are very beautiful and worth visiting. He has explored many of these destinations in the last 20 years and now wants to showcase destinations of tourism interest in the Indian market.   

Further, Dook Travels has launched weekly fixed departure packages to Russia from India. The tours will commence next month with an estimated discounted package tariff of Rs 75,000 per person. Kapoor said that they see a huge prospect for fixed departures from the Indian market as new airlines are coming up, which are ready to offer tour-based fares for travel management companies. He added that last year 65,000 visas were issued for CIS countries in India, out of which nine per cent were business travellers and tourists.
