NCTA and UAE to organise roadshows in India this month

The National Council of Tourism & Antiquities (NCTA), in association with various tourism departments and authorities of the UAE, is organising a three-city roadshow in India this month. Called 'Seven Emirates As One Destination', the roadshow will commence at The Oberoi Hotel in New Delhi on March 16, followed by The Grand Hyatt, Mumbai on March 18, and The Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bangalore on March 20. The roadshows are expected to witness participation of 34 suppliers, including three national airlines, officials from all tourism departments and authorities of UAE, and senior members from leading hotels and tourism companies of the country.

NCTA was set up in 2009 for the purpose of actively representing the UAE at global tourism events. It aims to create a federal-level structure to regulate tourism departments in individual emirates to ensure uniformity and successful implementation of a cohesive strategy to boost tourism throughout the UAE.
