Namaste Tourism launches website for Hungary in India

Namaste Tourism, which is the B2B brand of Compact Travels, a member of ETAA, recently launched a dedicated website for travel and tourism in Hungary. The website, was launched by Dr Norbert Révai-Bere, Consul General of Hungary, at an event to welcome the newly appointed Ambassador to India, Szilveszter Bus. The initiative aims to encourage the Indian traveller to discover the various attractions and experiences that Hungary offers. The site is a virtual guide for holiday choices as well as accommodation, cuisine, and connectivity for the unconventional traveller.

Namaste Tourism introduced a destination-specific website in 2009 and Namaste Hungary is the eighth in the series. The Namaste Tourism destination-specific websites offer holiday ideas with a thrust to experiential travel and also act as online advisory portals for Indian outbound travellers to explore destinations such as Turkey, Germany, South Africa, New Zealand, Egypt, Argentina, Poland, and now Hungary.

On account of factors such as language and food-related concerns, Indian travellers are apprehensive about exploring new countries, and Namaste Tourism offers assistance to them by providing necessary information. Subhash Motwani, Director, Namaste Tourism, said, “Our team of destination experts do extensive research on making visits of Indian travellers as easy as possible by covering the 5 As of travel – accessibility, affordability, accommodation, attractions, and amenities.”

“The discerning Indian traveller is moving towards an experiential way of travel and is seeking new vistas to try local cuisines, wines, spas, and offbeat experiences. Europe has many unknown treasures, especially Central and Eastern Europe, which are yet to be explored by Indians. Hungary is a stunning Central European destination that offers a unique blend of world-class cuisine, heritage sites, spas, and adventure sports, among other preferences,” added Motwani.
