The fourth Annual convention of Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), which will be held from March 19- 20, 2010 at Hotel Ashok in New Delhi will discuss on the challenges and opportunities of domestic tourism in the country. The convention with the theme – Domestic Tourism: The Foundation of Incredible India – will be inaugurated by Sultan Ahmed, Minister of State of Tourism, Government of India, in the presence of Sujit Banerjee, Secretary – Tourism, Government of India, and other tourism officials from the Centre and State tourism departments. Madhya Pradesh Tourism and Jammu and Kashmir Tourism have been selected as the Convention partners. As usual, there will be an exhibition on the sidelines of the Convention. The exhibitors will include state tourism boards, budget hotels, tour operators, etc.
Disclosing the schedule of the Convention in Delhi, Rakesh Lamba, President, ADTOI, said that around 400 delegates from across India will participate in the two-day conference. He said that that the annual convention and exhibition, an important calendar event of ADTOI, |
