| | Air Mauritius is in the process of introducing a second flight from New Delhi effective April 2010 using A330 aircraft. Currently the airline operates once a week flight from New Delhi. The decision to introduce the second service was taken due to the increasing passenger demand from North India. Vinith G, Manager- India, Air Mauritius informed that since the airline was losing passengers to other airlines due to insufficient flights from New Delhi, the airline decided to add the second flight.
Currently, Air Mauritius operates one flight from Chennai and Bengaluru; three flights from Mumbai and one from New Delhi. The airline will serve total six flights from India with the addition of second flight from New Delhi.
