Airbus plans to open innovation unit in India

Aerospace companies across the world are in a race to recruit engineers. Airbus is even planning to open an innovation unit in India, according to Economic Times report. Airbus is using Twitter accounts to talk to potential recruits and is set to hold an international recruitment day on June 30, 2012 to interview 100 candidates from 15 countries selected from more than 6,500 applicants. Tom Enders, CEO, EADS (Airbus’ parent group) informed that Airbus would open an innovation unit in India to be managed by an Indian.
