Amigo Travels Pvt. Ltd. mulls expanding PSA network in Tier I and Tier II cities of India

Mumbai-based Amigo Travels Pvt. Ltd. is mulling over the expansion of its current PSA (Preferred Sales Agent) network in major Tier I and Tier II cities of India- Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Baroda, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Cochin, Coimbatore, Udaipur, Amritsar, Trichi, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Secunderabad.  Currently, the company has a total of seven PSAs in the country. The company is mainly focusing on expanding its PSA network in Western and Southern parts of India along with other regions of the country.

Talking about the focus on smaller cities, Shefali Gupta, Director, Amigo Travels Pvt.Ltd. said, “With the global financial crisis impacting most travel segments in major metros, it is the right time to concentrate on smaller cities of India. The potential in these cities is quite huge as compared to metros at present. We would like to appoint PSAs in these cities to increase our presence and reach in these markets.” The company is also open to having PSAs in metro cities where it already has its presence, as the metro market is expanding and cannot be handled through a single office.
