| | The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) will be organising its eight annual convention at Amer Greens in Bhopal from January 15-17, 2010. The theme selected for the convention is ‘Beyond the Himalaya’, while Madhya Pradesh is the host state; Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand are partner states. The convention will be inaugurated by Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh. Tukoji Rao Puar, Minister for Tourism, Government of Madhya Pradesh; Nawang Rigzin Jora, Minister for Tourism and Culture, Government of Jammu and Kashmir will also grace the occasion. ATOAI is expecting about 252 delegates from India and abroad for the convention. The association will also organise four business sessions on the second day of the convention (January 16).
Vishwas Makhija, Convention Chairman, ATOAI said, “This year ATOAI is organising the convention in the heart of India-Madhya Pradesh which is quite interesting.
