With an objective to expand their scale of business, Bengaluru-based Travel Tours Pvt. Ltd. recently acquired adventure company titled 'getoffurass.com' with a view to tap the booming adventure segment in India. The company – getoffurass.com offers adventure packages for Indian destinations like Leh Ladakh, treks in Himalayas, monsoon tours in Karnataka and Goa for international and domestic tourists. With the acquisition, Travel Tours Pvt. Ltd. will look at introducing outbound packages in the Adventure Tourism segment, as well as look at adopting marketing strategies to promote the segment.
