| | According to a UNI report, the Bhopal-Gwalior-Bhopal Super-fast Inter-city Express which was announced in the Railway Budget will be flagged off from Gwalior by Jyotiraditya Scindia, Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry on the 14th of this month. West-Central Railway sources informed that the train will ply on all days except Wednesdays and Sundays. After being flagged off, the train will reach Bhopal at 20:20 hrs.
On subsequent days, 2198 Inter-city Express will leave Gwalior at 06:15 hrs and arrive in Bhopal at 15:00 hrs. On the return journey, 2197 Inter-city Express will leave at 15:30 hrs and reach Gwalior at 00:15 hrs via Vidisha, Bina, Ashoknagar, Guna and Shivpuri.
