DoT, Govt of NCT, Delhi extends mandatory registration date for travel and tour operators till September 30, 2010

The Department of Tourism (DoT), Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi has extended the date for mandatory registration policy for all travel and tour operators from May 30, 2010 till September 30, 2010. As per reliable sources, all tour operators, travel agents and excursion agents need to be registered with DoT, Govt of NCT of Delhi before the above mentioned date to obtain their licenses. Though travel agents in the capital are content with the extension of the registration date, they are still expecting it to be postponed till end of October this year.
