To take Luxury and Adventure Tourism to a new level, Mumbai-based Ecomantra, a tour company promoting sustainable and eco-friendly tourism activities, recently launched the first-of-its-kind tourism activity, Glamping, in India. Glamping means camping in a glamorous way. As per the plan, Ecomantra aims to provide camping experience in a luxurious way by offering luxury tented accommodation, cutlery, butler services, transfers, etc. At present, the company is offering Glamping in over 25 locations such as Mahabaleshwar, Lonavala, Kolad and Harishchandragad in Maharashtra, besides other states like Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Further, the company is open to providing the same experience at beaches as well.
