Emirates to commence daily direct flights to Durban effective October 1, 2009

Emirates will commence daily direct flights to Durban effective October 1, 2009. Flight EK775 will depart Dubai at 10:25 am, arriving at Durban International Airport at 17:10 pm. Flight EK 776 will leave Durban at 18:40 pm and arrive in Dubai at 05:20 am. A 278-seat A330-200 in a two-class configuration will be deployed on the route with a flight time of around eight hours and 45 minutes.

To celebrate its new daily service to Durban, Emirates will offer Business Class passengers two-night complimentary stay at Durban's Southern Elangeni Hotel. The deal, for those travelling between October 1, 2009 and December 24, 2009, covers single or double room occupancy, buffet breakfast and free Discovery Durban entertainment vouchers. The vouchers include on a free of charge basis:

• - Access to Ushaka Marine park
• - Access to SunCoast private beach
• - Movie tickets at SunCoast Casino entertainment centre
• - Take away meals from SunCoast Casino entertainment centre participating outlets
