Graceworks Information Systems Pvt Ltd to launch software product, 'Focus' for travel agents

Mumbai-based Graceworks Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. will soon launch a software product, 'Focus' short for Focus on Customer Service for the travel agents in India. The software Focus’ will enable the travel agents to handle bookings and back office related work. The software has been designed with an objective to offer travel agents full coverage of functionalities, ability to address branch and franchisee scenario, managerial control and 360 degree customer relationship management.

Speaking exclusively to TravelBiz Monitor, Prashant Athalye, Managing Director, Graceworks Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. said, “Most software take operations oriented perspective – trying to provide features for operations personnel. While it is nice and perhaps necessary, we figured out that the key element in travel industry is customer service. Customer satisfaction is most important hence we decided to focus on customer service as design philosophy for all features and modules of the software.”
