Mumbai-based Grin Travels Pvt. Ltd. is focusing on domestic corporate and family segment this year to enhance its business margins. The company is selling packages to countries like South Africa, East Africa, Australia and Europe for the corporate and family segment. It is also looking at new markets like Cyprus and Scandinavia with an aim to cater the FIT, GIT and corporate segment. Apart from focusing on new destinations and segments, it is also going to expand its outlets in Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkata by year end.
Talking about the focus for this year, Rajesh Khanderia, Director – Marketing, Grin Travels said, “With the economy recovering from the global meltdown, corporate firms are re-considering their idea of international travel. Firms are sending their senior managers for business meetings and incentive tours to international destinations. Along with business, family segment is also picking up with VFR (Visiting Friends and Relatives) travel and holidaying in domestic and international destinations.”
