Herbal Hills, a Mumbai-based company focused on wellness real estate development and herbal health, nutritional and beauty products, has put its 55 acres of land in Lonavala on sale. The non-agricultural land is cleared of legal titles. Presently, the company is scouting for developers to develop resort and villa properties on it. It is considering outright sale of the land.
Speaking exclusively with TravelBiz Monitor, Dhiren Dalal, Director, Herbal Hills, stated, “The location is close to Mumbai and is an ideal getaway for weekends. The development of a wellness resort in the five-star category will be ideal (at this destination) as it will attract tourists from adjoining areas.”
Herbal Hills currently has a clear legal title for a motorable approach road to the site, non agricultural order for resorts and villas and other legal documents such as 7/12 extract, Index II, Mutation Entry (Form Six), Search Report, Village Map and Survey Map (Demarcation Plan). “Usually developers have a long list of compliances to fullfill, which may take over a year to complete. |
