| | India Rural Tours is in the process of adding rural destinations and homestay owners to its existing selection, while establishing a pan India presence. The business promoter is currently scouting for potential partners to augment related services and Rural Tourism experiences within the country.
Nayan Marphatia, Promoter, India Rural Tours said, “Presently, we are inviting homestay owners to partner with us on this venture. Likewise, we are also in talks with consolidators for additional tie ups. The plan is to cover about 100 destinations across India during the next one year. We are currently present in 57 destinations.” Started in April 2010, India Rural Tours positions its offerings as a ‘staycation’ for the urban populace seeking rustic and rural travel experiences at affordable prices.
Apart from its core expertise in homestays, the company plans to focus on marketing rural tours for international visitors through tie ups with overseas travel agents in addition to volunteer for tourism activities. | | Read complete story >> (You need to login first to read complete story).
