Jet Airways will launch services to Riyadh from Mumbai, effective August 6, 2009. The airline will launch four services a week on the Mumbai-Riyadh sector, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays respectively, aboard a state-of-the-art Boeing 737-800 aircraft. On Mondays, flight 9W 524 will depart Mumbai at 17:25 hrs, and will arrive in Riyadh at 19:00 hrs. Flight 9W 523 will depart Riyadh at 20:00 hrs, and will arrive in Mumbai at 02:25 hrs. On Tuesdays, flight 9W 524 will depart Mumbai at 22:30 hrs, and will arrive in Riyadh at 00:01 hrs. Flight 9W 523 will depart Riyadh at 01:00 hrs and will arrive in Mumbai at 07:25 hrs. On Thursdays and Saturdays, flight 9W 524 will depart Mumbai at 19:30 hrs and will arrive in Riyadh at 21:05 hrs. Flight 9W 523 will depart Riyadh at 22:05 hrs, and will arrive in Mumbai at 04:30 hrs. This will be the airline’s second service to Saudi Arabia, complementing the airline’s existing daily Mumbai-Jeddah service.
With the introduction of this new flight, Jet Airways will fly to eight cities in the Gulf, including Kuwait, Bahrain, Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Riyadh. |
