In a recent development, Mumbai-based Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd. has introduced special educational tours to National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) called ‘Mission NASA’. The main focus of the company is to cater to the emerging student segment in India. Till now, the company has registered about 25 student participants for the tour and is aiming to take about 80 students in the first tour. Zelam Chaubal, Director, Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd. said, “The first departure of the tour is in May next year and we are expecting to take nearly 80 students in that tour. The ten nights/eleven days tour costs Rs 1,80,000 including all the taxes, accommodation, Visa charges, sight seeing, entry fees to the space centres and food expenses. We are looking at working closely with travel agents to sell these tours packages in future.” |
