New Delhi-based KSM Hotel Connections India (HCI), which provides marketing services to its member hotels recently ventured into outbound services and is looking forward to promoting Thailand as a destination. The company will send its first group to Thailand by month-end. This information was provided by K B Mahanta, Director, KSM HCI.
Currently, the company has 22 hotels across 19 destinations in India under its portfolio and a branch office in Kolkata. The company is also looking at opening a branch office in Ahmedabad by the end of this month. Speaking about the expansion plan, Mahanta said, “After opening a branch office in Ahmedabad, we will be looking at opening an associate office in Thailand depending upon the response. The company is also expanding its network of hotel tie-ups in Ooty, Chennai, Munnar, Bikaner and Puri. The company recently signed contract with 37th Crescent in Bengaluru (with 60 rooms), Inder Residency in Udaipur (with 144 rooms), Vesta Maurya Palace in Jaipur (with 56 rooms) and Vesta International in Jaipur (with 85 rooms, to open by October 2009). |
