Lotus Lakeview Resort, Udaipur, the property managed by Kamat Hotels India Ltd. (KHIL) is in the process of introducing new facilities to its property. The hotel, located near Lake Pichola and spread across six acres is expanding its room inventory with 34 rooms. Currently it has 36 rooms which are operational. Besides this, a multi-cuisine restaurant, spa and conference facility will also be added. The new services will be operational by February 2010. The hotel underwent a soft launch in October 2009.

The new multi-cuisine restaurant under development will have a capacity of 100 covers. The spa facility will be spread across 10,000 sq feet.
