Louis Cruises India appoints six PSAs in Indian market

To begin operations from December 2, 2009 from Kochi

Louis Cruises India will begin operations with luxury cruise liner, MV Aquamarine from its home port in Kochi from December 2, 2009. The company will offer itineraries of two nights/three days to Maldives and Sri Lanka and one night high sea sailing from Kochi. In order to distribute the cruise itineraries among potential Indian travellers the company has appointed six Preferred Sales Agents (PSAs) in the Indian market. The six PSA agents include: SOTC, Guidelines Travels Pvt. Ltd., Cox and Kings, Travel Tours Pvt. Ltd, Great India Tour Company (GITC) and Thomas Cook. Louis Cruises India is a subsidiary of Louis Cruise Lines (LCL), a major European cruise company operating cruises from Cyprus, France, Italy and Greece with a fleet of 12 ships.  

The company is looking at joint marketing initiatives with their PSA networks and is also in the process of launching nationwide marketing strategy to create awareness about the product in the Indian market.
