Muthoot Travelsmart enters B2B agreement with IRCTC to provide railway e-ticketing facility for its clients

Muthoot Travelsmart, a tour division of Muthoot M George Enterprise in association with Indian Railway Catering Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is providing railway e-ticketing facilities for its clients. It is a Business to Business (B2B) model tie-up with IRCTC to provide railway e-ticketing services through its 1,300 branches across India. This information was divulged by Bindhu Bijimon, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Muthoot Travelsmart.

The e-ticketing facility was introduced at a function held recently in Ernakulam. Top officials of Muthoot Group and IRCTC were present at the function. Bijimon opined that their aim is to move on a 100 per cent service oriented business module and to provide all kinds of travel services that their clients require. She further added that the newly inducted railway e-ticketing service will be available only through its financial branches in India.
