Joining the growing list of representation companies in India, Globus- The Travel Gurus (TTG) has set up its office in Mumbai and will later expand its presence across the country. The company is looking at tapping National Tourist Offices (NTOs), international hotel chains, tour operators and MICE operators. The company will focus on offering services like outsourcing and marketing, PR and media relations, tourism research and project consultancy to its clientele.
Talking to TravelBiz Monitor about the company’s business plans, Shaikh Rahmahtullah, Managing Director, Globus TTG said, “We are currently holding dialogues with NTO’s and international hotel chains, tour operators, Destination Management Companies, MICE companies etc. to represent them in India. We are targeting close to ten to 25 representations this year and are also looking at conducting year round activities like road shows, events, promotions, product knowledge etc. for our clients.” |
