2015 expected to be more profitable for airlines: IATA
Airline profit expectations for 2015 are more positive, consistent with improvements in recent performance, according to International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) quarterly survey. Financial performance started to improve in the second half of 2014, after no gains in the second quarter, and the outlook remains positive, which is expected to further increase profitability. Business travellers’ use of mobile technology increasing: CWT
Corporate travel bookings via mobile phones are expected to double by 2016, according to travel managers.
