Belgium-based luxury travel company, Odysseus has started its India operations with the launch of Deluxe Travel Collection, which offers over 1,400 premium luxury hotels, lodges and cruises covering nearly 100 destinations worldwide. The launch was held recently in New Delhi, where the company also unveiled the Odysseus booking website- www.odysseus.com – before select travel agents specialised in servicing luxury individual travellers from the NCR region. The website will enable travel agents to book directly any deluxe luxury hotel from its inventory of over 1,400 properties worldwide.
Speaking to TravelBiz Monitor Etienne Van Camp, CEO and Founder, Odysseus Travel Collection mentioned that Odysseus products are totally new to the Indian market as the company understands the growing demand for luxury products among individual travellers. “The travel trade in India needs to adapt to the growing demand of individual luxury travellers and our online booking system will help agents to service this demand of the travelers,” stated Camp. |
