One&Only The Palm, Dubai, considered to be the only boutique beach resort located on the Palm, is scheduled to be opened on October 10, 2010. The property will have 90 guest rooms and four beach villas. It will feature three dining experiences, including an over water restaurant, DJ bar and lounge, with direct access for guests on their private yacht or speedboat.
According to the company release, in close collaboration with ESPA International, specific wellness programmes including elements such as osteopathy, acupuncture, naturopathy and dermatology will be offered within eight private spa suites. Besides, it will be the first property to feature water taxi transfer from one shore to another.
