Idris Jala, managing director and chief executive officer, Malaysia Airlines spoke about Malaysia Airlines' turnaround while also championing operational discipline and leveraging on ancillaries to keep up the growth track.
When one looks at their business, it should be done with three aspects in mind:

* Look at new businesses
* Break new ground
All the three factors are very relevant in today's age of financial crisis, the similar situation Malaysia Airlines was when Jala took over but he was of the belief that one has to do the ordinary thing extraordinarily well.
