| | The current economical downturn is the biggest challenge the hospitality industry is facing today. The industry has already seen significant downturn in the business and everyone is hoping that things do not get worse. Hotels are resorting to various traditional cost cutting ways in order to deal with this situation. Some of them are downsizing their overall HR needs, while some have dropped their expansion plans.
We think this is the time for hoteliers to have a serious look at all the internal processes and evaluate if they are effective and efficient. One needs to ask questions like is the process needed? Does it do the job the way it should? Is it the best way?
