Phoenix Group Global has launched Zuri Hotels & Resorts, its own luxury business hotel brand in India. The first property under this new brand will be launched at Whitefield in Bangalore next month at an investment of Rs 200 crore. The Group’s future properties will all come up under the Zuri Hotels & Resorts banner. Properties are planned for Mysore, Chennai, Kochi, Vizag, Nagpur and Ahmedabad.
“Through a study conducted by HVS International, we discovered that there is a huge gap between demand and supply in places like Nagpur, Vizag and Kochi. Therefore, we chose these locations for our upcoming hotel projects. A mix of four and five star business hotels is planned for these sites. The properties will be entirely owned, developed and managed by the Group. We want our brand to have a completely trendy appeal,” informed Priti Chand, Director - PR & Communications, Phoenix Group Global. All these properties will have the same concept but the size, number of rooms, facilities and category will vary depending upon location. |
