The Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) held its National Committee elections on November 14, 2009 at The Lalit in Mumbai. Over 1,000 TAAI members were present to cast their vote for the new national committee. Rajinder Rai was re-elected as the President along with Sunil Kumar and Iqbal Mulla being re-elected as Secretary and Treasurer for the next one year. Jagdeep Rikhy was elected as the Vice-President of the Association. About seven TAAI members from various states were elected as Managing Committee members.

(Madhya Pradesh); N G Shankar, Director, Durga World Travels India Pvt. Ltd. (Benguluru); Marzban Anita, Chairman, Avesta Travels and Tours (Mumbai) Mohanjit Sainai, Director, EMMJay Travels & Export Pvt. Ltd. (Punjab). |
