| | World Without Borders, a travel association in Russia and member of United Nation World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), has expressed interest in having alliances with Indian travel trade associations. They are very keen on having a strategic alliance with Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) and Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO). Through these alliances it plans to promote Russia in India, as well as India in Russia.
Alliance plans include information exchange, organisation of FAM trips, updating information about tourism opportunities in Russia and creating strategic cooperation among best members (tour operators) in WWB and Indian travel trade associations. This information was divulged by Roman Rysev, Executive Director, World Without Borders during the recently concluded Travel and Tourism Fair-OTM, 2009 in New Delhi. World Without Borders are in India for the first time to promote tourism in Russia.
