Munich-based tour operator Nostalgic has appointed Secunderabad-based Safir Tours Pvt. Ltd., a wholesale tour operator specialising in niche destinations as their exclusive representative in India, to boost awareness and sales of the former’s products in the country. The German tour operator with a fleet of Alfa Romeo classic cars has been organising exclusive, self-drive tours for the leisure, corporate and incentive travel marketplace since 2003. Nayaz Noor, CEO, Safir Tours Pvt. Ltd. said, “It is a new product which has never been introduced in the Indian market before. We are hoping to the target the high-end corporate segment through this new product which will provide them with a unique luxury travel experience.”
Elaborating on the product, Walter Laimer, Managing Director, Nostalgic said, “The locations chosen for Nostalgic incentive or leisure tours is the cypress-surrounded hills of Tuscany, ideal to visit from April to late October.
