Sarovar Hotels has signed a management cum franchise contract with The Muse, a boutique hotel at Nehru Place, New Delhi. The 41-room hotel will be re-branded as The Muse Sarovar Portico and will be Sarovar’s 11th property in the capital and National Capital Region (NCR) region. The boutique hotel will commence operations under Sarovar’s management and brand by this year-end.
The Muse Sarovar Portico is located at Chirag Enclave in Nehru Place, New Delhi and is in close proximity to the commercial district of South Delhi. The Muse Sarovar Portico will add to Sarovar’s present portfolio in Delhi including upcoming hotels like Green Park, Shahdara, Hari Nagar (Janakpuri), Vaishali (Ghaziabad), Gurgaon and Faridabad and three operational hotels in Gurgaon and Noida. Sarovar Hotel’s room inventory in Delhi and NCR will total to 776 before the Commonwealth Games in October 2010.
