SAT to start ‘Learn South Africa’ programme in India from July 2010

Day long programme to be conducted in 12 cities

South African Tourism (SAT) recently announced that it will launch its programme, ‘Learn South Africa,’ from July 2010. The unique programme designed to train the travel agents fraternity has been designed by SAT exclusively for the India market and will be available nationally across 12 cities as part of the first phase. The programme will use audio-video tools by specially trained staff, helping agents get better knowledge and understanding about South Africa as a destination and all its various tourist attractions. Registration for the programme is completely free and multiple participants from a company can take part. The first phase will cover Mumbai (July 10, 2010), Kolkata (July 17, 2010), Delhi (July 24, 2010), Chennai (July 31, 2010), Bengaluru (July 31, 2010), Ahmedabad (July 31, 2010), Hyderabad (August 7, 2010), Chandigarh (August 7, 2010), Surat (August 7, 2010), Kochi (August 7, 2010), Nagpur (August 7, 2010) and Pune (August 7, 2010).
