The Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI) Karnataka Chapter held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) earlier this month in Bengaluru wherein the new office bearers and Committee members of the Chapter for the term 2010-12 were announced. Ajay Prakash, National General Secretary, TAFI was present to oversee the arrangements.
At the AGM the outgoing Committee members thanked all the members present for having given them a chance to serve the Chapter. Thereafter, Felix Vaz the Returning officer announced the names of the new members. Seeraj S Sabharwal, Proprietor, Charter Tours & Travels was re-elected as Chairman; Sanjay K Gupta, Director, Simran Travels Pvt Ltd was elected as Secretary; B A Amarnath, Proprietor, Matha Air Travels was elected as Treasurer. While the new Committee members included: C Ramesh, Director, K P S Holidays Pvt Ltd; Yasin Sharieff, Director, Labbaik Tours & Travels – Director. |
