Six Senses Destination Spa, Phuket launches series of marketing initiatives for India

To launch Corporate Wellness Week in January 2010

Six Senses Destination Spa in Phuket, Thailand recently launched a series of marketing initiatives for the Indian market. As part of its promotional efforts, the property will conduct a Corporate Wellness Week in India in January 2010. This is the first initiative of the hotel chain to promote its property in the Indian market. The property is the first resort under the destination spa brand launched by Thailand-based hotel chain, Six Senses Resorts and Spa in November 2008.

Ana Maria Tavares, General Manager & Managing Director, Six Senses Destination Spa said, “While the property has been operational for about a year now, we recently launched our marketing efforts for the Indian market. The Corporate Wellness Week will be used as a platform to introduce the product to the Indian corporate segment. This will help us to increase our present database and productivity.” The company conducted a similar initiative of the wellness week for its corporate clients in Hong Kong this year.

The property is spread across 85,000 sq metres. It provides wellness facilities with alternative medicines; Indian, Chinese, Indonesian and Thai spa and holistic treatment packages.
