As part of its global brand strategy, Sofitel Luxury Hotels has launched its Ambassador programme for its 25,000 employees around the world. The programme is designed to help each employee become an Ambassador of the brand, with every employee given their own personal passport that remains valid for the duration of their time with the company, according to a media release.
“This was conceived as a long-term project with the goal of making each of our employees into an ambassador of the brand. It is Sofitel Luxury Hotel's way of supporting its staff, both personally and professionally,” explained Magali Laurent, Vice-President Human Resources, Sofitel Worldwide. |
