TMIC diversifies from Film Tourism to tap Indian outbound Leisure and MICE segments

Expands footprint by setting up nine offices across India

Chennai-based, Travel Masters India Corporation (TMIC), a brand owned by Travel Masters India Pvt. Ltd., has diversified from Film Tourism by targeting travel segments like  Leisure, MICE and trade shows of the Indian outbound market. The company is also focusing on Central Asia. TMIC has expanded its footprint in India by setting up offices in Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Madurai and Nellore and has a workforce of 200 professionals. The company is looking at opening office in few other locations in the coming months.    

For Film Tourism, the company will focus on end to end logistics for film shoots and group tours to film shoot locations abroad. It will also focus on groups and FITs for leisure segments and incentives travel for MICE segment. Speaking with TravelBiz Monitor, Natarajan Ramji, Chairman, TMIC said, “Our business model is focused on three C's – Countries, Cinema and Corporates. All the three C's are interconnected to each other and have huge potential in the travel business.
