Tourism New Zealand is all set to organise Kiwi Link 2009, a bi-yearly trade workshop from September 7-11,2009, in New Delhi (Sept 7-8,2009) and in Mumbai (Sept 10-11,2009). The tourism board will bring in a delegation of 26 suppliers comprising six regional tourism boards, seven accommodation providers, nine attractions and activities and four inbound tour operators. The focus of Kiwi Link 2009 is to update the travel trade community with new products and itineraries that can be introduced for New Zealand as a destination for Indian travellers. Kiwi Link 2009 will follow a pattern wherein it will invite 30 travel companies a day in each city, where in the agents will attend a full day workshop along with pre-scheduled meetings to interact with the suppliers.
