TPI Travel Canada is planning to tie-up with Thomas Cook India

TPI Travel Canada, a MICE and inbound division of Silkway Travel & Cruise is planning to focus on VFR, family, FIT and MICE segments from India. For the India market, the company will promote four major provinces of Canada such as British Columbia, Vancouver, Toronto, Antoria, Montreal and Quebec. Currently, the company has no office in India but is planning to tie-up with Thomas Cook India in the near future. This information was divulged by Henry Yau, Vice President, TPI Travel Canada.

Yau mentioned that the company aims to draw large number of tourists from India and other Asian countries during the Winter Olympics which will be held in Vancouver next year. Currently, the company handles one lakh tourists from countries such as Hong Kong, Korea and China and is expecting large number of tourists from India.
