Trident in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai records 70 per cent occupancy rate on first day of opening

To be formally inaugurated by Ashok Chavan, Chief Minister, Maharashtra on December 20, 2009

According to a PTI report, the East India Hotels Ltd. (EIHL), which opened Trident in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai has recorded 70 per cent occupancy rate on the first day of its opening (December 1, 2009). This is EIHL’s ninth Trident hotel in India. Although the hotel has been accepting reservations for stays, meetings, conferences and events, it will be formally inaugurated by Ashok Chavan, Chief Minister, Maharashtra on December 20, 2009.

The hotel offers 436 well-appointed guestrooms and suites, three restaurants, sushi bar and wine-tasting room. The extensive meeting and conference facilities at the hotel can accommodate up to 500 persons. Recreational options include a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. The hotel is equipped with the latest technology, complemented by personalised service.
