US Travel Association’s third annual India Trade Mission witnesses participation of 13 US suppliers

Around 250 Indian buyers attend the Mission in Mumbai and Delhi

US Travel Association concluded their third annual India Trade Mission recently with road shows in Mumbai and Delhi. The major activities of the Trade Mission included networking sessions, market forum, and media round tables. The 13 member trade delegation under the leadership of Bryan LG Lewis, Chief of Staff, US Travel Association included Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, California Travel and Tourism Commission (CTTC), NYC & Company, Empire State Building, Choice Hotels, Florida Space Coast Tourism, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Highgate Hotel, Gray Line Sightseeing, Hotel Beacon, Red & White Fleet, Santa Monica Convention and Visitors Bureau, Tour America and Tours Limited. The delegation had the opportunity to meet around 250 buyers from India during the Trade Mission.

Lewis, who has been leading the delegation for the third consecutive year, informed that there has been a “general growth in business opportunities” in the Indian market through the years. He said that there has been growing interest on the part of the delegation to introduce new products in the Indian market.
