Visa fees for international travellers to Vietnam waived till September 30, 2009

International visitors travelling to Vietnam under the ‘Impressive Vietnam’ promotion programme will be exempt from Visa fees, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) has said. According to a Thanh Nien News report, tourists of all nationalities who book a tour included in the programme between May 15 and September 30, 2009 will be eligible for the fee exemption. Visas will be issued at Vietnam’s international gateways or at its representative agencies overseas, the VNAT has said.
