ETAA North India Chapter’s networking event witnesses healthy gathering; announces formation of new core committee 

After only a gap of a few months of having their orientation Trip to Dharamsla / Palampur, The ETAA North India committee organized yet another successful networking event at the Taj Ambassador, New Delhi on December 08, 2021. A large number of members had participated in the event after a gap of almost two years.

The committee, ensured that all COVID protocols were in place and members had to submit their vaccination reports and RTPCR negative reports to attend the event.

The session began at 7 pm with a welcome note by the committee members and discussions on the positive rebound of the domestic business and some outbound business to select countries. This was followed by presentations by Sheema Vohra from Brand USA. Similarly, representing VFS Global, Varun Mehta and Avneet Kaur also gave a presentation on Visit Portugal. Both the presentations were very informative and provided exhaustive information about the destinations.

After that, Sangeeta Manocha, Chairperson, ETAA North India Chapter, announced new core committee for the north India chapter, with Punit Bhasin taking on the role of Vice Chairman, Gaurav Arora as the Joint Secretary. Manocha also announced the addition of a new post called Membership Head, which will be headed by Deepika Khanna. Now, the Enterprising Travel Agents Association – North India Team comprises of Sangeeta Manocha –  Director National Board & Chairperson, Punit Bhasin, Vice Chairman, Saurabh Tuteja, General Secretary, Dinesh Kumar, Treasurer, Praveen Ghai, Joint Secretary, Gaurav Arora, Joint Secretary, Deepika Khanna, Head- Membership.

The ETAA North India committee has been working very hard to come up with networking events and orientation trips for their members and will be doing so in the future. Manocha concluded by thanking Team Brand USA and VFS Global for their continuous support.
