Europamundo registers one million bookings in 2022; Aparna C Basumallik gets responsibility of developing emerging markets Africa and the Middle East

Europamundo, which offers flexible customised itineraries with round the year departures, registered one million bookings in 2022. Speaking on the achievement, Aparna C Basumallik, Commercial Head, India market, said, “Together we have hit the magic number of a million bookings in 2022. It was a proud moment for agents from 57 countries that made this happen in just 6 months.”

Meanwhile, Basumallik has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of developing the emerging markets for global products in the Middle East and Africa. Talking about priorities, Basumallik said, “We are promoting all our global market products in these emerging markets. As far as the Arabic language tour is concerned, we will introduce it to the entire Middle East, not just UAE. I am very happy that the company reposed faith in me.”
