TBM Staff - Hyderabad Raffles Udaipur, the maiden outpost of the Raffles brand in India, opened its doors on August 2, 2021 with a strong leadership team. Nestled on a private island in the midst of the Udai Sagar lake, the hotel promises exclusivity, unexplored haven and an unparalleled ultra-luxury experience.

After an outstanding 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vishrut joins as the Hotel Manager. He has been part of the Accor family for the past five years. Before joining Raffles, Vishrut was at Fairmont Jaipur on a brief mission. Prior to that he was with Pullman Novotel New Delhi Aerocity where he was leading teams in both strategic operations as well as food and beverage service. He was previously associated with renowned brands such as ITC, Leela.
Parag has been an integral part of the Accor team since last ten years and has now taken on the responsibility as Director of Rooms for Raffles Udaipur. He brings along extensive experience of 18 years in managing hotel operations including well-known hotels under the Accor portfolio like Fairmont Jaipur and Sofitel Mumbai. His passion for meeting people has given him great opportunities to connect which crème de la crème in the industry and his warmth make them return back. An effective communicator, Parag is known to achieve organizational and individual goals with great enthusiasm.
With a comprehensive experience of over 14 years in the spa and wellness industry, Dr. Nitin Bhota joins the team as Spa Manager. He was formerly associated with leading luxury brands like Four Seasons, Oberoi Hotel & Resorts, Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort and Constance Ephelia Seychelles. With his diverse expertise in the field, Dr. Nitin has established several destination health resorts as well as played a vital role in the re-launch of many spas across South East Asia, Indian Ocean & Middle East.
Gaurav Kumar, Food & Beverage Manager, brings along 19 years of rich experience in the culinary spectrum through his past associations with leading luxury brands in the country. He is passionate about creating bespoke guest experiences and his fine eye for detail will help in elevating the many gastronomic experiences that Raffles Udaipur will offer.
Prachi joins the team as Marketing & Communications Manager. Possessing a decade of experience with pioneers in the luxury hospitality and entertainment industries of India, Prachi has proven strengths in driving strategic marketing, branding and communications, with a focus on amplifying revenues. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology.
Shiwang Agrawal, Director of Finance brings with him nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, with renowned brands like Marriott, Four Seasons and Leela. His most recent assignment was at Accor, with Grand Mercure Bengaluru Gopalan Mall. Shiwang has been acknowledged for his expertise in effectively handling finances for some of the renowned hotels and will now be overlooking the financial planning for Raffles Udaipur.
Kiranpreet joins the team as Director of Talent and Culture. She has spent 14 years in the role of an HR, working with hospitality brands like Marriott, Radisson Hotel Group, and Clarks. She is an avid reader of holy books and is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and in strengthening associate relations.
With more than 21 years of rich operational and pre-opening experience, Lalit joins the team as Director of Engineering. Previously, he has worked with leading brands in the country such as Oberoi, Taj, Wyndham and Hilton. Lalit is an innovator and brings along an expertise in the key operational areas such as Fire-Life-Safety, energy conservation, sustainability, property upgradation and renovation.
Anil Gupta has been with the Accor group for the past 12 years and he now takes on the responsibility as IT Manager at Raffles Udaipur. His experience as part of the corporate team at Accor, had him well-acquainted with Front Office Lite System, a PMS at Accor, and was also responsible for many major projects country-wide like the establishment of the brand Formula 1. He was an integral part of many pre-opening hotels of the Accor portfolio in India that include the first Pullman.
With over a decade of experience in the field, Heeshal Datwaanii joins the team as a Learning and Development Manager. He has been associated with Accor for over seven years and was among the first L&D Managers to acquire the certification for a ‘Master Certified Trainer’. His career trajectory with Accor has seen an upward movement, with his last assignment being the launch of the brand’s first remote island resort in Maldives at Mercure Maldives Kooddoo.
