Riya Travel is Crowned as India’s Leading Travel Agency 2021

Riya Travel bagged this highly coveted award for the category – India’s Leading Travel Agency 2021 for the consecutive year at The World Travel Awards. It is the leading authority that recognises excellence in the travel and tourism space.

The travel industry has faced relentless challenges for almost two years, yet resilience drove the industry to reinvent and adapt to stay afloat. A plethora of agencies pulled down their shutters, but there were some that were determined. Riya Travel introduced new services and technology to stay relevant to the changing demands for travellers. Several opportunities were created for travel partners to earn more.

He adds, “The award is a recognition of Riya Travel’s merit among travel partners. In 2020 and 2021, we organised training sessions for travel partners, introduced products, co-ordinated charter flights and revamped technology for hassle-free booking.”
