Sheraton Grand Palace Indore brings in Sankranti festivities with Harvest specials

Sankranti marks the end of chilly winters and welcomes the Rabi harvest. Sheraton Grand Palace Indore organizes two-day festivities to bring in the harvest season in a unique way. The property is hosting the guests to a Lohri Dinner and Makar Sankranti Brunch on the 13th and 14th of January 2022 which will be an amalgamation of delicious traditional food, live counters, bonfire, dhol beats and kite flying.
The chefs at the property have put together an authentic harvest season menu that includes regional preparations like Sarson da saag, Makai Akhrot ki roti, Paneer Amritsari, Hara choliya chaat accompanied with traditional Indian desserts like Pinni, Shakarpara, Til chikki, Revadi among others.
Speaking on the occasion, Gurneet Singh Grover, Executive chef, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore said, “We at Sheraton Grand Palace Indore have tried to bring in the essence of the harvest season by planning a menu that includes authentic North – Indian flavours along with Indian desserts that are crowd-favourites. We look forward to hosting our guests to an extravagant harvest season menu that will fill their palette with a sweet blend of aromas.”
